Hi @oscerd, #27468 fixes CAMEL-25345 the same way (the fast normalizer hands the URI to the complex normalizer when the query needs a percent escape). It returns null before `buildUri`, so the fast path doesn't need an extra scan of the result, and it adds an end-to-end test in `DefaultCamelContextTest`.
