Fixes #7274 Removes the context class loader switch from `MockBackendUtils.mockBackendStarted()`. It was added with the Quarkus 3.22.0.CR1 upgrade; the regression behind it (quarkusio/quarkus#47419) is fixed since 3.22.0.
