Review Comment:
   Fixed. Removed `domainLocks.remove(domain)` entirely from
`unregisterEndpoint()` — lock objects now accumulate in the map (they're tiny
`Object` instances). This eliminates the window where a concurrent
`acquireOrRegister()` can `computeIfAbsent` a new lock object and operate on a
different monitor.

Review Comment:
   Fixed. `acquireOrRegister()` now captures `api` into a local variable at the
top and checks for null before proceeding — the standard volatile-capture
pattern. All subsequent reads use the local reference, so a concurrent
`doStop()` setting `api = null` cannot cause an NPE.
