Review Comment:
   I might be missing something, but I think the BatchEndpointMessageListener 
and BatchMessageConsumerWorker behave comparably like the 
EndpointMessageListener and the SimpleMessageListener respectively. All 
exceptions are recorded on the Exchange and only JMSExceptions are sent to the 
JMS exception listener. The JavaDoc for the ExceptionHandler interface says the 
following:
   
   "Strategy for handling exceptions that arise in asynchronous or background 
processing where a normal exception..."
   
   Does that apply when we only process synchronously?
