The DFDL and Iggy component pages show the endpoint headers table twice. - `dfdl-component.adoc` includes `component-endpoint-headers.adoc` in the component options block, and again in a separate headers block. That block also opens with a single slash, so `/ component headers: START` shows up as text on the page. - `iggy-component.adoc` has the same separate block repeating the include. This removes the separate block from both pages and from their catalog copies.
