The "Energy and utilities" scenario on `/when-to-use/` says Camel collects
"SCADA data from field devices". The component behind that, `camel-iec60870`
(the IEC 60870 telecontrol protocol used by power-grid SCADA), was deprecated
in 4.21 and removed in 4.23.0, because its library, Eclipse NeoSCADA, hasn't
been maintained since 2021.

This rewords the sentence to what Camel still connects to: "Collect meter
readings and telemetry from PLCs and OPC UA servers" (`camel-plc4x` and
`camel-milo`). The rest of the paragraph is unchanged.

The 4.21 what's-new post still lists `camel-iec-60870` as deprecated, which
was correct for that release, so it stays as it is.
