URL: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27739

   ## Summary

   Removes the `com.fasterxml.jackson.annotation` known dependency mapping
(added by CAMEL-25239) and the `jackson2-annotations-version` property in
`parent/pom.xml`.

   The property was never used anywhere else, so it was left at `2.20` while
Jackson moved to 2.22.x (`jackson-bom` 2.22.x manages `jackson-annotations`
2.22). Once the mapping started using it, `camel export` pinned
`jackson-annotations:2.20` in the exported pom, overriding the runtime BOM. The
application then fails at startup:

   ```
   java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
com/fasterxml/jackson/annotation/JsonSerializeAs
       at
com.fasterxml.jackson.databind.introspect.JacksonAnnotationIntrospector.<clinit>
   ```

   `JsonSerializeAs` was added in jackson-annotations 2.21.

   Reproducer: a Java route importing
`com.fasterxml.jackson.annotation.JsonProperty` that uses the
`json-deserialize-action` Kamelet, exported with `camel export --runtime
quarkus`.

   ## Why removing the mapping is safe

   - When the route runs or is exported, `jackson-annotations` is already on
the Camel CLI classpath through `camel-jackson`, a dependency of
`camel-kamelet-main`. Sources importing Jackson annotations compile without the
mapping.
   - The exported project gets `jackson-annotations` transitively from
`camel-jackson` / `camel-quarkus-jackson`, at the version managed by the
runtime BOM, instead of a pinned one.

   ## Testing

   - `KnownDependenciesResolverTest` passes.
