Bouncy Castle 1.85 removed pre-standardization PQC algorithm names (DILITHIUM, KYBER, SPHINCSPLUS) from the BCPQC provider. Update camel-pqc to use the NIST standardized names (ML-DSA, ML-KEM, SLH-DSA) while preserving the existing Camel enum constants for backward compatibility. For camel-4.18.x, bumps Bouncy Castle 1.83 to 1.85.
