Review Comment:
   ⚠️ **`expectedMessageCount()` does not reset counters** (not addressed)

   If called after exchanges have already been processed (e.g., reuse
scenario), `receivedCount` and `receivedExchanges` retain stale values. The new
`CountDownLatch` starts at `count` but `receivedCount` already has prior
counts, so `assertIsSatisfied()` immediately sees a mismatch.

   ```suggestion
       public CitrusEndpoint expectedMessageCount(int count) {
           this.expectedCount = count;
           this.receivedCount.set(0);
           this.receivedExchanges.clear();
           this.latch = new CountDownLatch(count);
           return this;
   ```

Review Comment:
   💡 **`@UriPath` on `operation` should declare `enums`** (not addressed)

   The valid values (`validate`, `receive`) are documented in the description
string but not machine-readable. Add `enums` so Camel catalog, IDE tooling, and
endpoint URI validators can enforce them:
   ```suggestion
       @UriPath(description = "The operation to perform. 'validate' validates
exchanges without modifying them."
                              + " 'receive' validates exchanges and returns a
simulated response.",
                enums = "validate,receive")
   ```

Review Comment:
   ⚠️ **`allMessagesSpec` and `allMessagesResponseSpec` are not `volatile`**
(not addressed)

   `latch` (line 51) is correctly declared `volatile`, but these two fields are
not. If a test-setup thread writes to them and the Camel routing thread reads
them in `resolveValidationSpec()` / `resolveResponseSpec()`, the reader may see
stale `null` due to CPU cache visibility.

   ```suggestion
       private volatile MessageValidationSpec allMessagesSpec;
       private final Map<Integer, MessageValidationSpec> indexedSpecs = new
LinkedHashMap<>();
       private int nextSpecIndex;
       private volatile MessageResponseSpec allMessagesResponseSpec;
   ```
