Review Comment:
   ⚠️ **Still open: silent no-op for `validate` operation when no spec is
configured (HIGH)**

   `resolveValidationSpec` returns `null` when `indexedSpecs.isEmpty()` AND
`allMessagesSpec == null` — the path for a completely unconfigured endpoint.
The `if (spec != null)` guard then silently skips all validation: a developer
who forgets `.allMessages().body(...)` gets a green test with no indication the
endpoint did nothing.

   Note: for the `receive` operation, `null` is legitimate (documented
"Response-only mode"). The guard should be scoped to `validate` only:

   ```suggestion
               MessageValidationSpec spec =
endpoint.resolveValidationSpec(index);
               if (spec == null && "validate".equals(endpoint.getOperation())) {
                   throw new IllegalStateException(
                           "No validation specification configured on endpoint:
" + endpoint.getEndpointUri()
                           + ". Call allMessages() or message(N) to configure
validation.");
               }
               if (spec != null) {
   ```

Review Comment:
   ⚠️ **Still open: `writeBackExtractedVariables` leaks internal Citrus
variables (LOW)**

   Iterates ALL `testContext.getVariables()` and writes keys not already in the
exchange. Citrus `TestContext` always contains internal variables
(`citrus.test.name`, `citrus.test.package`, `CITRUS_MESSAGES`, etc.) that will
be injected into the exchange variable map on every invocation, polluting it
with Citrus internals visible to downstream processors.

   ```suggestion
       private void writeBackExtractedVariables(Exchange exchange, TestContext
testContext) {
           for (Map.Entry<String, Object> entry :
testContext.getVariables().entrySet()) {
               String key = entry.getKey();
               if (key.startsWith("citrus.") || key.startsWith("CITRUS_")) {
                   continue;
               }
               if (!exchange.getProperties().containsKey(key) &&
!exchange.getVariables().containsKey(key)) {
                   exchange.setVariable(key, entry.getValue());
               }
           }
       }
   ```

Review Comment:
   ⚠️ **Still open: `StreamCache` body consumed without reset (MEDIUM)**

   `exchange.getIn().getBody()` without type conversion drains a `StreamCache`
body. Since `validate` is a pass-through operation, any downstream processor in
the route receives an empty body. This will silently corrupt pipeline tests
that read the body after the citrus endpoint.

   ```suggestion
           Object body = exchange.getIn().getBody(String.class);
   ```
