Review Comment:
   `citrusContext` is captured when the spec is created. If `validate()` or
`when().receive()` is called before the endpoint is started (for example in an
`isUseAdviceWith()` test that sets the expectations before `context.start()`),
the processor holds `null` and every exchange fails with an NPE recorded as a
failure. After a context restart the processors keep a closed `CitrusContext`.
Could the processor resolve the context when it runs, for example by taking the
endpoint or a `Supplier<CitrusContext>` instead of the instance?

Review Comment:
   Since `CitrusEndpoint` extends `MockEndpoint`, the generated metadata picks
up `MockEndpoint`'s `@UriPath @Metadata(required = true) name` ("Name of mock
endpoint"). Before the redesign the option was optional, with a Citrus
description. Declaring it again here should restore that, as the generator
keeps the first path option it finds by name, starting from the endpoint class.
I have not built this, so please regenerate and check `citrus.json`:

   ```suggestion
       private String messageType;
       // documents the optional name path option (the value itself is held by
MockEndpoint)
       @UriPath(description = "A unique name to identify this endpoint. Allows
multiple Citrus endpoints"
                              + " with different validation expectations in the
same route.")
       private String name;
   ```

Review Comment:
   Without `expectedMessageCount`, the test passes even if no exchange arrives,
as `MockEndpoint` then has no expectation to check. An indexed spec could imply
a minimum count when the test has not set one:

   ```suggestion
           whenExchangeReceived(index, createProcessor(messageValidationSpec));
           if (getExpectedCount() < 0 && getExpectedMinimumCount() < index) {
               // an indexed spec implies at least that many exchanges, unless
the test sets a count
               expectedMinimumMessageCount(index);
           }
   ```

   The same applies to `receive(int)`. The `getExpectedCount() < 0` guard keeps
an `expectedMessageCount(...)` set earlier.
