Review Comment:
Fixed: added `applyImpliedMinimumCount(index)` in both `validate(int)` and
`receive(int)`. When `expectedMessageCount` is not set, indexed specs now
auto-set `expectedMinimumMessageCount` to the highest index. Also added
`shouldFailWhenImpliedMinimumCountNotMet` test in
`CitrusSequentialValidationTest` and documented the behavior in the docs.

Review Comment:
Fixed: removed the `exchange.getProperties().containsKey(key)` check from
`writeBackExtractedVariables`. All non-internal Citrus variables are now
written back as exchange variables. Added `CitrusVariableTest` with 3 tests
covering: exchange variable propagation to Citrus context, variable extraction
via `@variable('name')@`, and extraction when an exchange property with the
same key already exists (verifying the extracted value overwrites as an
exchange variable while leaving the property unchanged).
