   Another potential workaround until Citrus 5.1.0 lands in a Camel release:
instead of the Citrus HTTP client, the test could use Citrus's arbitrary send
action with the Camel HTTP component directly. In a Citrus YAML test this would
look like:

   ```yaml
       - send:
           endpoint:
             uri:
"camel:vertx-http:http://localhost:${camelPort}/camel/orders/ORD-1002";
   ```

   This bypasses the Citrus HTTP client entirely and delegates the request to
Camel's `vertx-http` component, which does not set a `Content-Type` on bodyless
requests. The response can then be received and validated with a matching
`receive` action on the same endpoint.

   Not as clean as the native HTTP client, but it avoids needing the explicit
`contentType` override and might be useful if other examples hit the same issue
before 4.24.0 ships.
