I'll leave the poll start: it is a lower bound, so the first extension is never late, and the price is one early `ChangeMessageVisibilityBatch` call for a message that arrives late in a long poll. Taking the time of the first receive that returned messages needs the completion times of the parallel requests in `PollingTask`; I'd rather do that separately if the extra call matters to someone. 2.
