[CAMEL-25992](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25992) The camel-pqc change to sign and verify message bodies over their bytes is backported to camel-4.22.x (#28328, for 4.22.3) and camel-4.18.x (#28329, for 4.18.6). The per-version upgrade guides are kept on `main`, so this adds the matching `camel-pqc` note to the 4.22 and 4.18 guides, alongside the 4.24 entry already on `main` from #28296. The 4.22 note covers `sign`/`verify`/`hybridSign`/`hybridVerify`; the 4.18 note covers `sign`/`verify` only, as the hybrid operations do not exist on that line.
