Thanks @jamesnetherton! Addressed in one new commit on top (71fbb8776c), without a rebase (thanks for the Quarkus 4 note). - `toolAdded` (review body): agreed. A clashing tool is now refused like a resource, and the engine removes only the tools it registered, from the default server.
