"PR doc validation" fails on main, and so on every PR built on it:

The data format options partial now ends with the `== Message Body` section
(CAMEL-24961), so the `==== Using CBOR in Spring DSL` heading right after the
options include was out of sequence. It is now `==`, as in the other data
format docs that have a heading after the include. I checked every component,
data format and language doc: cbor is the only page with a level 3 or 4 heading
right after the options include.
The catalog copy is updated with it.
