### Requirement As we're increasing the number of scalers in KEDA it would be good to have a refactor and create a dedicate workflow to test all scalers. We should have a KEDA operator (as we are already including in Kafka) and for each component we are testing, we should have the simplest deployment (ephemeral and non authenticated) as we just want to test the autoscale feature (producing, consuming and scale to 0 if no usage). For each component we should be able to run a `Deployment` + `Service` without the need to include an operator to manage each service type (ie, no Strimzi, ArkMQ, ...). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
