commit fd2778e6e9edf866b81c8f636776ca9887ec6add
Author: Claus Ibsen <[email protected]>

chore: upgrade guide - remove the camel-solr note from 4.18.6 and 4.22.3

CAMEL-26026 is fixed in 4.24.0 only and was not backported, so the note
belongs in the 4.24
    guide alone.
