    CAMEL-25889: upgrade guide notes for 4.22.3 and 4.18.6 (#28440)

The note of the 4.24 guide, added by #28217, for the two maintenance lines
that receive the backport. The 4.18.6 note leaves out the google-mail
update-message-labels transformer, which does not exist on camel-4.18.x.
