   ## What

   [CAMEL-25928](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25928): runtime
checks of the body types of the EIPs of core that `EipBodyTypesTest` did not
cover yet.

Stacked on #28450 (#28448 changes the same test, and #28449 the declaration
of `transformDataType`).

Every declaration held, so only the test changes:

   | Test | EIPs | What it shows |
   |---|---|---|
   | `theBlocksOfChoiceDoTrySagaAndTransacted` | when, otherwise, saga,
transacted | The steps start with the same body instance, and the body after is
what they end with. Saga runs with `InMemorySagaService`, and transacted with a
policy that wraps nothing. |
   | `doFinallyStartsWithTheBodyTheTryEndedWith` | doFinally | Its steps start
with the body doTry ended with, and the body after is what they end with. |
   | `resequenceGivesItsStepsEachMessage` | resequence | Its steps get the same
body instance, on another thread. |
   | `theConsumerEipsKeepTheBody` | pausable, resumable | The body stays the
same instance. |
   | `theBodyIsWhatTheBeanOrTheEndpointLeaves` | bean, process, script,
recipientList, routingSlip, dynamicRouter, doSwitch | The body after depends on
what they call (their `unknown`): the method's return value, or the same
instance for a void method; what the processor or the script sets; the reply of
the (last) endpoint. |
   | `transformDataTypeLeavesWhatItsTransformerMakes` | transformDataType | It
takes its body from the transformer of `toType`: text after `text-plain`,
`byte[]` after `application-octet-stream`. |

With #28451, which covers the EIPs implemented in other modules, every model
of camel-core-model with `@BodyTypes` is now checked at runtime.
`EipBodyTypesTest` runs 19 tests, all passing.
