Thanks for the review, @gnodet-bot. All seven points are addressed in
a263063550d7. The five inline ones are answered in their threads. The two that
were only in the summary:
- **Error paths:** the doc now says the hook runs in `onException`, `doTry`
/ `doCatch` / `doFinally` and the error handler too, because their steps have a
channel like any other. A body that is not a payload, such as an exception or
an error text, is left as it is.
- **Nested values that are not JSON:** the json plugin now has the
conversion rules (davsclaus chose the JSON-friendly ones):
- String, Number, Boolean and null stay as they are.
- A nested Map, List or array is converted the same way.
- `Date`, `Timestamp` and `java.time` values become ISO-8601 text, so sql
rows become JSON data.
- An enum becomes its name, a UUID its text, and a `byte[]` its base64
text.
- Any other object, or a circular reference, means the whole Map or List
is not a payload, and it is left as it is.
