@oscerd thank you for the careful read, especially on the security side. On your forward-looking point: the Summary now says that the send hook (CAMEL-26331) and the step hook (CAMEL-26338) are general extension points, not chaos-specific. Their API names no chaos type, so other features and tests can use them (3a89405dddf1).
