Backport of #603 (A2A example with OpenAI) to `3.40.x`. Adjustments for the 3.40.x branch: * Project version `3.40.0`, using the `io.quarkus.platform` `quarkus-bom` / `quarkus-camel-bom` (Quarkus Platform 3.40.1), consistent with the other examples on this branch * `maven.compiler.release` set to 17 to match the CI JDK on this branch * Added `camel-quarkus-support-httpclient5` to the orchestrator and agent modules, because `camel-quarkus-a2a` 3.40.0 does not depend on it (fixed on main by apache/camel-quarkus#9287).
