That step is fixed on `main` by #28706: it sets `MAVEN_ARGS:
-Dcamel.skipDocSamples=true` in the step's `env`, which Maven 3.9 picks up, so
it covers every module in `-pl`, camel-jbang-export included. This branch
merges `main` cleanly, and the merged step keeps both the `env` and this PR's
`-pl` change. Adding the flag to the command line too would set it twice, so I
left the step as it is.
