Thanks, done in 568c2c519b3d. `OPERATORS` now also lists `equals`,
`!equals`, `!startsWith` and `!endsWith`, and also `!=~`, which was missing
before this PR. So it names every binary operator of the tokenizer.
`SimpleSyntaxHintsTest.testUnknownOperatorListsEveryOperator` reads the list
from the "Unknown operator" hint and checks it.
