   Closes #138.

Removes personal-fork artifacts that are dead or misdirecting on
`apache/camel-kit`:

   - **`.github/workflows/website-impact.yml`** (+ its orphaned
`.github/prompts/website-impact.txt`) — gated `if: github.repository ==
'luigidemasi/camel-kit'`, so it never runs here, and it clones
`luigidemasi/camel-kit-website`.
   - **`.github/workflows/pages.yaml`** — builds a Hugo site from a `website/`
directory that does not exist in this repo, with a
`https://luigidemasi.github.io/camel-kit/` baseURL. The real documentation site
is Antora under `docs/`.
   - **`.oss-ai-helper-rules/project-info.md`** — repointed `Remote pattern`,
`GitHub repo`, `Issue tracker URL` and `Documentation URL` from
`luigidemasi/camel-kit` to `apache/camel-kit`.

**Deliberately left as-is:** the `io.github.luigidemasi` Maven coordinates
(e.g. `distribution.properties`, POM dev entry, README/docs) and the
`luigidemasi/camel-kit` JBang catalog / `luigidemasi/camel-kit-examples`
references. Those describe the **real published 0.x artifacts** (the migration
to `org.apache.camel` is in progress and documented), so rewriting them would
misdescribe what is actually released.

**Open question for @luigidemasi:** if you'd rather *repoint*
`website-impact.yml`/`pages.yaml` to `apache/camel-kit` and enable them here
(rather than remove), say so and I'll adjust — I removed them because enabling
Copilot-on-issues / a GitHub Pages deploy on the ASF repo is a deliberate
decision, not a hygiene fix.

Validated with `actionlint` (remaining workflows clean; the unknown
`copilot-requests` scope warning is gone).
