Fixes 5 failing tests in `camel-vertx-http` on main: - `VertxHttpRequestWithPayloadTest.testPostBodyAsMultiMap`, `testPostBodyAsFormUrlEncoded` - `VertxHttpRequestBodyTypesTest.testPostFormUrlEncodedValuesAreDecoded`, `testPostFormUrlEncodedRepeatedName` - `VertxHttpSerializedBodyTest.testSerializeRequestBody` The tests use camel-undertow as their HTTP server. Since #28910 (CAMEL-26140), the undertow consumer answers 500 when the reply body is a Map or an object it cannot write. Before, it sent an empty 200 and logged a WARN. The `/form` and `/serialized` server routes ended with the form `Map` or the deserialized bean as their body, so the vertx-http producer now got a 500. These routes now set an empty reply body after the mock, which is what the client got before.
