@davsclaus thanks, you were right on point 1: with `reuseForks=false` the static was not shared between forks. I corrected the description. The fix now allocates the port late (in `createApplicationContext()`) and per test instance, so the window between probing and binding is small and a surefire rerun gets a fresh port. I don't have a Develocity link for the original failure. Points 2 and 3 are addressed too: junit-pioneer and `@RestoreSystemProperties` are removed (the property is cleared in `doPostTearDown()`), the unused `CxfRsSpring*Ssl*Producer.xml` copies in `camel-cxf-rest` are deleted, and the description matches the code now. @oscerd confirmed, the `camel-cxf-rest` copies were not loaded by any test of that module, so they are deleted.
