Thanks. I went with documenting it: the Search paragraph of the upgrade-guide entry now says that a member that is not part of a search request fails the exchange with an error that names it, where before it was dropped like every member other than `query`. Failing on a member the user wrote, a misspelled one for example, seemed better than ignoring it. On the `SearchRequest.Builder` branch that calls `build()` and then returns the builder: agreed, that builder cannot be built again.
