The getFile InputStream response applies the FileRange header and endpoint fileOffset/dataCount, matching downloads into an OutputStream body. [JIRA CAMEL-26583](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-26583) Validation: all 22 module unit tests pass; `formatter:format impsort:sort` passes. A separate integration worktree containing the six independent cloud fixes also passes the full 713-module `mvn -Dquickly install` reactor build. Live cloud integration tests were not run.
