_Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_ Backport of #28895 (CAMEL-26118) to `camel-4.22.x`: a straight cherry-pick (`git cherry-pick -x 0e2a286dc6de`). A `flowable:` producer created before its inbound channel is deployed (for example a route that starts before the channel model) no longer fails every send with a `NullPointerException`: it uses the endpoint that the channel model processor registers when the channel is deployed, and fails with a `FlowableException` naming the channel key until then. The component doc also gets the right URI scheme (`flowable:channelKey`). It also makes `FlowableProducer` the same as on main, so the follow-up backport of CAMEL-26282 (#29150) applies to this branch without a conflict.
