Closing this as not planned. The SMT counterpart from #16 exists as `org.apache.camel.kafkaconnector.transforms.CamelTypeConverterTransform$Key` / `$Value` (configured with `target.type`), and it already applies Camel's type converters inside the Kafka Connect pipeline. A separate Converter wrapper would mostly duplicate it, and nobody has asked for one since 2019.
