Sorry this was never answered. The error came from the XML route dump that Camel 3.20 logged at startup; as the WARN right after it says, it was ignored and did not affect the connector. Route dumping was reworked in Camel 4. In a quick check with the 4.22.0 jars, the default settings do not print a route dump at all, and an explicit XML dump (`camel.main.dumpRoutes=xml`) completes without this error.
