This was done in two steps. The connector list and nav generation moved to the separate camel-kafka-connector-docs-maven-plugin, which runs once from the connectors module (commit 81ce424bf8, released in 0.3.0), and the per-connector .adoc generation was removed from the update mojos in 1.0.0 (commit 281fc53d7a). Since then the connector reference pages are rendered by Antora at site build time from the generated connector JSON metadata (see docs/indexPages.yml).
