Closing this as not planned. Camel data formats can already be used by CKC connectors through the `camel.sink.marshal` / `camel.sink.unmarshal` and `camel.source.marshal` / `camel.source.unmarshal` options (see https://camel.apache.org/camel-kafka-connector/next/user-guide/basic-configuration.html), which apply the data format inside the connector's route. Data formats that aren't bundled can be added with the extensible dataformat archetype (https://camel.apache.org/camel-kafka-connector/next/user-guide/extending-connector/archetype-dataformat-connector.html).
