_Claude Code on behalf of davsclaus_ Backport of #29150 (CAMEL-26282) to `camel-4.18.x`, on top of the CAMEL-26118 backport #29167 (merged), which makes `FlowableProducer` the same as on main. The code and tests are a straight cherry-pick of #29150 (`git cherry-pick -x 03ed6ff1a3a1`): `CamelStringToXmlDocumentDeserializer`, the deserializer swap in `FlowableProducer`, the tests and the "XML events" doc section. Only the upgrade guide was ported by hand: this branch gets the note in its own `camel-4x-upgrade-guide-4_18.adoc` (section 4.18.6), and the notes for the other guides are left out, as they live on main. `camel-4.18.x` has no catalog copy of the component docs, so that hunk is dropped. An inbound channel of type `camel` with `deserializerType` set to `xml` (and no `deserializerDelegateExpression`) now parses the event with `CamelStringToXmlDocumentDeserializer` instead of the Flowable 7 `StringToXmlDocumentDeserializer`: external DTDs are not loaded, external general and parameter entities are not included, entity references are kept as nodes and XInclude is not processed, as in Flowable 8. A custom deserializer is kept. Tests: `camel-flowable` on `camel-4.18.x`, 14 tests, 0 failures; formatter and impsort made no changes.
