   CI note: `build (21, false)` fails in camel-chaos itself, in
`ChaosNettyHttpFaultTest.statusRaisesTheNettyHttpOperationFailedException`
(`ChaosNettyHttpFaultTest.java:80`):

   ```
   expected: "http://localhost:9/stock";
    but was: "netty-http://http://localhost:9/stock";
   ```

   That test is unchanged here and fails on `main` as well. It is another side
of the same #28811 / #28863 merge race: since #28863 the netty-http endpoint
URI carries the `netty-http://` scheme, so the
`NettyHttpOperationFailedException` that the chaos `status=` fault builds from
the endpoint URI no longer has the request address that camel-netty-http itself
gives (`http://localhost:9/stock`). As this PR is the follow-up for that race,
could you fix it here too: strip the component scheme when building the fault's
uri, so it matches what a real netty-http failure reports? Because camel-chaos
fails, the rest of the reactor after it was skipped in this run.
