Thanks @davsclaus. Agreed on the guide entry: removed (dbdd31178d9f), since the rebalancing service now just follows the getView/releaseView contract and there is nothing to migrate. Agreed on the WARN as well. I ran `KubernetesClusterServiceTest` locally with the fix (mock lease server, including all the parameterized `testRebalancing` cases): 21 tests, 0 failures.
