The `fips` profile in `integration-tests/cxf-soap-grouped/pom.xml` excludes `bcprov`/`bc-fips` conflicting artifacts from the generated CXF test dependencies, so the grouped module builds with `-Dfips -Dfips.enabled=true` (added with the FIPS test work, `#9440`). It is a workaround: the individual `cxf-soap` modules still fail with `-Dfips.enabled=true`, and the exclusion list must be kept in sync by hand when a CXF dependency is added. With CXF 4.2.5 the workaround is no longer needed. Once Camel Quarkus is on CXF 4.2.5: - remove the exclusions from the `fips` profile in `cxf-soap-grouped` - drop the related comment and the "grouped only" note from the FIPS section of the contributor guide - check that individual `cxf-soap` modules build with `-Dfips -Dfips.enabled=true` _Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) on behalf of @JiriOndrusek_ -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
