## Backport of #29223 to camel-4.22.x Cherry-pick of 49a0b3fed1af with the conflicts resolved by hand. It replaces #29240. The production code, the constants and the generated JSON and endpoint DSL files are the same as in #29223. In the conflicting files only the CAMEL-26611 changes are kept: - `CounterRouteTest` (micrometer and opentelemetry-metrics): the two new tests and their route are added to the test as it is on camel-4.22.x. The tests from CAMEL-26510, CAMEL-26195 and CAMEL-25924 that are on main but not on camel-4.22.x are left out. - `micrometer-component.adoc`: only the new paragraph about the `CamelMetricsTags` header is added; the rest of the doc stays as it is on camel-4.22.x.
