CAMEL-26171: camel-xchange - convert currency and currency pair text, and
fail an endpoint with a method of another service (#29001)
… and fail an endpoint with a method of another service
The currency option failed with no type converter from String to Currency,
and text in the Currency or CurrencyPair header or body was not converted,
so the call failed with "Null currency" or "Null currency pair". Add type
converters from String to Currency and CurrencyPair that only look up known
currencies. currencyPairMetaData with no pair now reports "Null currency
pair". An endpoint with no method, or a method of another service, now fails
when it is created instead of leaving the message unchanged.
