<!-- Description --> Enables the three complexity linters from #5486 (gocyclo, gocognit, cyclop) with limits that need no code changes today, so new code can't become more complex than the current worst case, as suggested in the issue discussion. Thresholds are set at the current maximums in non-generated code: | Linter | Threshold | Current max | |---|---|---| | gocyclo | 46 | `source (YAMLInspector).parseStep` | | cyclop | 47 | same function (cyclop counts it one higher) | | gocognit | 132 | same function (next highest: `XMLInspector.Extract`, 94) | `make lint` passes with 0 issues. The limits are high because of these two outliers. If you prefer, I can instead add `//nolint` with a reason to just those two functions and use lower limits (about gocyclo 34 / gocognit 56, based on the next highest functions).
