Closing this as fixed. Two things were involved: on the sink side CKC only turns Kafka record headers whose name starts with `CamelHeader.` into Camel headers (by design, see https://camel.apache.org/camel-kafka-connector/next/user-guide/basic-configuration.html), so the headers have to be sent as `CamelHeader.Digest`, `CamelHeader.Signature-Input` and `CamelHeader.Signature`; and the Camel Event Hubs producer did not copy Camel headers into the event properties, which was fixed in Camel 3.14.2/3.16.0 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-17543). With `camel-azure-eventhubs-sink-kafka-connector` 4.22.x the prefixed headers end up as properties of the Event Hubs event, with the prefix removed.
