Part of the CI workload umbrella [CAMEL-24290](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-24290). ## Problem Recent Jenkins `main` builds show clusters of ITs failing together with `Container startup failed`: 10 Redis and Postgres ITs in build 2399 (the container was created but never reached running state), and 10 Kafka ITs on `quay.io/strimzi/kafka` in build 2401. Testcontainers defaults to a single startup attempt, so one slow start fails every IT in the module. ## Change Default to 3 startup attempts for the Redis, Postgres and Strimzi containers through the existing `ContainerEnvironmentUtil.configureContainerStartup` helper (same pattern as ArangoDB, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch). Overridable with `-Dredis.container.startup.attempts`, `-Dpostgres.container.startup.attempts` and `-Dstrimzi.container.startup.attempts`. ## Limits - Retries help with a transient slow start; they do not help if the Docker host is unavailable for the whole run. - Other container services (standard Kafka, MongoDB, ...) are not touched, since they did not fail in the builds I examined. - Only compiled (`mvn install -DskipTests` on the three modules).
