GossipTimerTask throws ConcurrentModificationException after node decommission

Yesterday I made decommission for a cassandra node, and this morning all the
GossipTimerTask threads get the fatal exception and crash.
Gossiper.doStatusCheck() visits endPointStateMap_ and get a
ConcurrentModificationException when Gossiper.removeEndPoint() is calling
