There is a Thrift 0.3.0 rc5 being voted on over at the incubator/thrift-dev
lists. Does the feature we need exist in that version? If so would it not be
better to use that or alternatively wait for the vote to finish and use 0.3.0
final, so users and devs can more easily get a hold of the same version we use.
