nodetool drain attempts to delete a deleted file
------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CASSANDRA-1408
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-1408
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.7 beta 2
         Environment: sun-jdk-1.6/Ubuntu 10.04
            Reporter: Jon Hermes
            Priority: Minor

Running `nodetool drain` presented me with a pretty stack-trace.
The drain itself finished successfully and nothing showed up in the system.log.
