Right, so this is basically just an issue for {{SELECT * FROM foo LIMIT 10}} 
when there's a lot of vnodes involved.  Which isn't a query I can see anyone 
doing programatically, and from cqlsh 100ms is no big deal.

I'm fine with closing as wontfix unless you want to rewrite it lazily for fun.
