[~maximp] Separate tickets, but before you do that - have you run a [nodetool
scrub|http://www.datastax.com/documentation/cassandra/2.0/cassandra/tools/toolsScrub.html]
against the offending keyspace? the Index summary build failure is an
assertion that it doesn't have any keys to write. We could (probably should)
move that assertion to earlier when the List is created to better indicate the
failed path than during the build() call - please create a separate ticket for
that stack and try out the scrub and report back on there.
As for your 2nd exception, looks like you have mismatched C* nodes trying to
speak to one another.
